- Competitive Pay: Full-time therapists can earn between $75,000 - $100,000 per year, including enhancements and gratuities. On average, our therapists make $21 - $26 per service (before enhancements) with an additional $20+ in gratuities per service.

Your Role:
- Design personalized treatment plans based on client needs.
- Provide an outstanding experience for clients with your friendly and helpful attitude.
- Promote our membership program and generate referrals.
- Maintain a clean, professional, and inviting space.
What We’re Looking For:
- Must be licensed to practice massage therapy in Pennsylvania.
- Liability insurance is required.
- Proficiency in Swedish massage is essential; knowledge of additional modalities like Trigger Point, Pre-Natal, and Deep Tissue is a plus (we offer training if needed!).
- A genuine belief in the healing power of massage and bodywork.
