This position will be responsible for providing a safe environment to swim while providing outstanding customer service at The Atlantic Club Red Bank.

Duties and Responsibilities:

Maintain constant watch of the water and pool area
Enforce rules and procedures
Keep pool and pool area clean and safe
Help record/maintain pool chemical readings
Quickly perform and demonstrate emergency procedures

Present a professional demeanor at all times when representing the Genesis Health Clubs. Atlantic Club Red Bank
Engage in actions that positively impact the member experience
Ability to respond to common inquiries

Job Requirements:

Lifeguard Certification- We will provide certification assistance for the right candidate
Available to work day time shifts and weekends
Must hold current CPR and First Aid certification
Ability to work well with others
Must be at least 16 years of age

Compensation: $15.25 per hour
