Summary
Under the supervision of a Crew Chief and/or Mitigation Manager, this position is responsible for responding to jobs involving water and/or fire damage to properties. The role includes supporting damage tear-out, debris removal, contents removal and area cleaning.

Essential Job Functions

Cut, bag, and lift bags of damaged drywall, carpet, pad, and assorted debris.
Move heavy equipment in and out of vehicles and into buildings where it is needed.
Move contents safely into secured storage.
Source materials & equipment needed on job sites, as requested by Crew Chiefs.
Assist in cleaning job sites and equipment after demolition has been completed.
Understand the importance of proper PPE usage in a variety of circumstances.
Participates in a regularly scheduled on-call rotation, and is often required to provide on-call support as weather events and emergencies arise.
Able to work around a variety of approved chemicals without any adverse reaction or sensitivity.
Follows established safety practices including the proper use of PPE when required.
Must have a valid driver's license.
Must clear a criminal background check.

Compensation: $19.00 - $24.00 per hour
