Team members who show initiative and interest are given increasing responsibility and support to expand their skillset over time.
Work Environment
We’ve intentionally built a structured, efficient, and low-drama workplace. Our hospital operates with clear roles, strong leadership from experienced technicians, and systems designed to keep the day running smoothly. We emphasize accountability, professionalism, and mutual respect, which allows our team to focus on patient care rather than workplace friction. Our clinic operates Monday through Friday with no weekend hours, allowing our team to have reliable time off. Appointment scheduling is structured to maintain a steady pace throughout the day rather than overloading certain time blocks. We also prioritize finishing the workday on time whenever possible, so team members can leave work at work and enjoy their time outside the clinic.
Compensation & Financial Benefits
We offer competitive hourly pay based on experience and skill level, with opportunities for growth as team members develop within the practice. Full-time employees are eligible for health (+/- dental/vision) insurance, 401K with company matching, and paid time off. We also provide a uniform allowance to ensure team members have the professional attire they need without added personal expense. As the practice continues to grow, we regularly evaluate compensation and benefits to remain competitive within the industry.
Culture & Extras
Our culture is one of support, appreciation, and shared purpose. We regularly recognize team contributions and celebrate milestones, whether through team lunches, outings, or appreciation events. As a locally owned practice, we’re also involved in the community through events and charitable initiatives, giving team members the opportunity to be part of something meaningful beyond day-to-day patient care. Most importantly, we’ve built a team that genuinely enjoys working together—creating an environment where people feel comfortable, valued, and motivated to do their best work.
