As a Production Associate, you will play a crucial role in the manufacturing process by operating factory equipment, working on the assembly line, and ensuring that products meet quality standards. This position requires attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and a commitment to following safety guidelines.

Primary Responsibilities:

Start assembly and production machinery at the beginning of the shift.
Monitor equipment to ensure proper assembly of products.
Maintain a clean and safe workstation, free of hazardous materials.
Address and resolve problems with production equipment and machinery as needed.
Clean equipment and perform routine maintenance tasks.
Assemble product parts by hand and use power tools for soldering, welding, drilling, and attaching parts.
Identify and remove faulty product parts from the assembly line.
Inspect assembled products to ensure they meet quality standards.
Affix labels, company logos, and other exterior details to products.
Pack completed products and prepare them for shipment.
Maintain cleanliness of the factory floor.
Unload, organize, and stock shipments as needed.
Adhere to all safety guidelines for production and material handling.
Ensure all production deadlines are met.
Report any issues or problems with production to the immediate supervisor.

Qualifications:

Ability to interpret equipment gauges and monitors on factory equipment.
Knowledge of the structure and function of production equipment.
Ability to identify and troubleshoot problems or malfunctions with machinery and equipment.
Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment is preferred.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Compensation: $18.00 per hour
