Our busy State Farm agency in Wellington is looking for a friendly, dependable, and organized Receptionist to be one of the first voices and faces our customers interact with.
Bilingual English/Spanish? Even better — we'd love to meet you!
You don't need insurance experience to get started. We'll teach you what you need to know. What matters most to us is that you're comfortable talking with people, eager to learn, pay attention to the details, and take pride in helping others.
This isn't just about answering phones. You'll become an important part of our team, learn the insurance business, help customers with everyday needs, and have the opportunity to take on more responsibility as you grow.
What You'll Do
- Welcome customers in person and over the phone
- Help answer questions and connect customers with the right team member
- Assist with scheduling, customer follow-up, and office communications
- Keep customer information accurate and organized
- Learn to assist with basic insurance service and billing questions
- Help make sure every customer has a friendly, professional experience
- Support the team with day-to-day office needs and projects
What We're Looking For
- Friendly and comfortable talking with people
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Organized with good attention to detail
- Dependable with a strong work ethic
- Willing to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Able to work well as part of a team
- Bilingual English/Spanish preferred
- Must be willing and able to obtain a Florida 4-40 Customer Representative license
No insurance experience required — we'll provide training.
