The primary role of a receptionist is to set a positive tone for each guest visit T our EL Monte location. Receptionists will ensure all DCC regulations are being
followed while answering phones, promoting social media platforms, deals and enforcing the integrity of the store. 

  • Answers and screens calls prior to forwarding to department channels
  • Knowledgeable of POS including searching product, determining customer status and correlating pick up status 
  • Troubleshoots and resolves customer concerns while determining escalation 
  • Educates customers of OG Nation promotions, weekly deals including media platforms
  • Maintains cleanliness of the storefront and workspace including completing daily tasks directed by leadership
  • Builds and completes customer profiles to company standards
  • Verifies Medical Recommendations and status validation prior to point of sale
  • Categorizes customer profiles by discount requirements  
  • Knowledgeable of DCC Guidelines including keeping up to date with development 
  • Involved in company incentives and educational training 
  • Evolves, gains and maintains new business extended but not limited to all media platforms, person to person and promotions
  • Understands company returns and exchange policies 
  • Maintains visitor log to its entirety while following DCC Guidelines 
Compensation: $17.00 per hour
