Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation: Conduct thorough assessments of clients' roofing needs, including inspections of existing roofs, and provide expert advice on suitable roofing solutions.
- Sales Presentations: Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients, showcasing our company's roofing products, services, and value propositions.
- Quoting and Proposal Preparation: Prepare accurate quotes and proposals tailored to the specific requirements of each client.
- Negotiation: Negotiate terms and pricing with clients to secure profitable contracts while ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Relationship Building: Cultivate strong relationships with clients by providing exceptional customer service, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly, and maintaining regular communication throughout the sales process.
- Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the roofing installation team to ensure smooth project transitions and customer satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including client interactions, proposals, contracts, and sales forecasts.
- Proven Sales Experience: Demonstrated success in a sales role, preferably within the home improvement industry or a related field.
