We are currently looking for a Regional Sales Manager for a large, privately owned company in our Chicago region. 
Responsibilities:


•      Develop, coach, motivate, recruit, and mentor direct outside sales representatives and other designated sales personnel to achieve budgetary objectives.
•      Coordinate with management on regional sales development and business plan execution.
•      Ensure, structure, negotiate and close complex transactions in accordance with all policies.
•      Provide review and approval for quotes done by sales reps per company guidelines, policies, and procedures.
•      Identify business opportunities with potential customers within the industry.
•      Responsible for maintaining area revenues and maintaining or exceeding sales budgets and targets as agreed and established for the regional territory and sales representatives managed.
•      Other duties as assigned.
 
Qualifications:


•      Excellent oral and written communication skills
•      Must be proficient the use of Microsoft Office
•      Sales Managerial experience required
A bachelor’s degree required in Business, or related field. Advanced degree preferred.
•      Experience in the landscaping, landscape design, hardscaping, and/or irrigation industry on the corporate, or retail side required.
 

Flexible work from home options available.

Compensación: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
