- Conduct in-depth consultations with clients to assess their insurance needs and provide tailored recommendations for life insurance and property & casualty coverage.
- Educate clients on the features, benefits, and exclusions of different insurance policies, guiding them through the selection and purchasing process.
- Collaborate with insurance carriers to obtain quotes, process applications, and handle policy issuance, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Conduct periodic policy reviews and proactively recommend updates or adjustments based on clients' changing circumstances.
- Stay up to date with industry trends, regulations, and product developments to provide clients with the most relevant and effective insurance solutions.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any inquiries or concerns in a timely manner
- Collaborate with internal teams, including underwriters and claims professionals, to ensure seamless service delivery and resolution of client issues
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and contribute to the overall growth and success of the agency.
- Minimum of 1 years of experience in the insurance industry, with a focus on life insurance and property & casualty products
- Hold valid licenses for life insurance and property & casualty lines in Indiana.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets in a similar role
- Strong knowledge of insurance products, industry regulations, and underwriting guidelines
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on providing personalized solutions and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail
- Self-motivated and results-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in relevant computer applications and software
