Position Overview:

Responsibilities:
- Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
- Answer phones, assist with billing questions, take payments.
- Onboard new customers, including following up and gathering required paperwork.

Requirements:
- Professional and well-spoken.
- Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
- Ability to handle a high volume of calls
- People-oriented
- Proactive in problem solving
- Able to learn computer functions
- Ability to work the following schedule:
- 12pm-5pm, M,T,W,F
- 12pm-6pm, Thursday

This position is with a State Farm independent contractor agent, not with State Farm Insurance Companies. Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
