Job Overview:
KLG LLC, a sister company of JEL Manufacturing LLC is seeking dedicated and detail-oriented Residential Cleaners to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring our clients' homes are kept clean and tidy, providing a comfortable and welcoming environment. The Residential Cleaner will perform a variety of cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces, while adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.

The Residential Cleaner will perform a variety of cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces, while adhering to safety and cleanliness standards.
Responsibilities:
- Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including toilets, sinks, showers, and floors.
- Dust and polish furniture, surfaces, and decorative items.
- Vacuum and mop floors, rugs, and carpets.
- Empty and clean trash receptacles.
- Clean kitchen appliances, countertops, and cabinets.
- Make beds and change linens as required.
- Wipe down and sanitize surfaces such as door handles, light switches, and window sills.
- Organize and tidy up living spaces, including straightening pillows and arranging items.
- Follow established cleaning routines and schedules.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies and equipment are properly maintained and stored.
- Report any maintenance or repair needs to the supervisor.
- Adhere to health and safety regulations and guidelines.
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a professional demeanor.
- Handle special cleaning projects as assigned.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a cleaner or housekeeper preferred.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Knowledge of cleaning techniques and cleaning products.
- Attention to detail and thoroughness in completing tasks.
- Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks.
- Excellent time management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Flexibility to work weekends or evenings as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Personal transportation preferred.
Experience: Desired, but not required.
Salary and Benefits
- $17.00 - $20.00 per hour, not including tips and mileage reimbursement. Base wage is dependent on experience.
- Flexible work days and hours (primarily daytime hours)
