Ellie Mental Health (“Ellie”) is rapidly expanding across South Florida and we are seeking psychotherapists (RMHCI and/or RCSWI) to join our brand-new clinic serving Palm Beach Gardens, FL, and surrounding areas. Applicants must already be registered interns in the State of Florida. This position is designed to provide you with the necessary tools and guidance to become a successful licensed clinician.
Ellie clinics are structured to remove many of the daily obstacles that get in the way of providing world-class mental health services. Additionally, Ellie provides centralized administrative support, technology, referral support, scheduling, client/therapist matching, and more. We offer a blended service model with in-person and telehealth options. The role is located in Palm Beach Gardens, FL. - Provide direct clinical services to clients under the supervision of a licensed mental health professional.
- Comprehensive mental health assessments for the identification of psychological needs.
- Complete ongoing documentation of services provided that is consistent with professional standards and established clinical procedures.
- Provide excellent customer service for clients and collaborate with a dynamic team to further the mission of filling gaps in our community.
- Participate in an Integrated Care Model by coordinating services with collateral contact providers including but not limited to family members, medical personnel, school staff, and case managers as needed.
- Actively engage in ongoing professional development and supervision as required by Florida state regulations.
- Participate in community outreach and networking efforts to build relationships.
- Respond to communications and requests from Clinical Director in a reasonable & professional time frame.
- Other duties as assigned.
- Candidates are required to have a master’s degree or higher in Psychology, Counseling, Social Work or related field from an accredited college or university.
- Current registration as an RMHCI or RCSWI in the state of Florida.
- Multicultural competence in mental health.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to complete and submit documentation of services and other documents in a timely manner.
- Proficient in the use of Office 365 and Electronic Health Record systems (Valant experience a plus!)
- Ability to speak Spanish is desirable, but not required
- Competitive compensation between $45,000 - 51,000
