Pawnbroker Associate

Cash in a Flash a well-established pawn shop with three locations in the local metro
area is looking for a motivated individual to join our team as a Pawnbroker Associate.
Prior experience is a plus but not required. We’re willing to train, if you’re willing to learn!

Job Responsibilities:

 Assist customers with pawn transactions, including loans, buys and sales
 Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for every
customer
 Learn to accurately access the value of a variety of items, including but not
limited to tool, jewelry, and electronics
 Maintain stores appearance and organized records of all transactions
 Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations as required

Qualifications:

 Strong customer service skills and a friendly demeanor
 Basic math skills
 Ability to learn quickly and adapt to new situations
 Reliable and punctual.
 Willingness to undergo training and development
 Must have clean background check
