Our Franchise is seeking a Water Damage Restoration Technician. Someone who is comfortable working hard in challenging situations, enjoys meeting new people, has excellent communication skills, takes pride in their work, and follows instructions of Crew Chief and/or Production Manager.

The perfect candidate would be hard working in challenging situations, enjoys meeting new people, has excellent communication skills, takes pride in their work, and follows instructions of Crew Chief and/or Production Manager.
- Load Equipment, supplies, and cleaning products in the work vehicle for each job.
- Prepare work affected area and setup and/or take down equipment on each job.
- Communicate clearly with the Crew Chief and other technicians regarding the job.
- Monitor, assess, and document active jobs daily using Drybook Mobile
- Maintain a clean and organized vehicle.
- Manage job file documentation to ensure complete and accurate project details
- Perform cleanup of the jobsite, leaving the areas/rooms looking "Like it never even happened".
- Create Happy Customers!
- Must have effective written and oral communication skills
- Must have excellent customer service skills
- Must have a high school diploma/GED
- IICRC WRT certification preferred
- Must have basic math and computer skills
- Must be willing to be on call - some night and weekend work is required
- Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly
- Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling heights, work in tight spaces (e.g., crawl spaces)
- Ability to work with/around cleaning products/chemicals
- Must pass a drug screening
- Must successfully complete a background check
- Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- IICRC (WRT, ASD) certifications
- Restoration experience in the water and fire damage restoration industry
- Bilingual in Spanish
- Basic knowledge of demolition (drywall, flooring, etc.) – If you have this basic knowledge then we’re willing to train the right candidate.

- $20.00 - $23.00 per hour - based on certifications and experience, with possibility of overtime pay, after hours pay, and increases based on merit.
