Job Description:
We are currently seeking a highly motivated and skilled Optometrist to join our team at Bright Eyes Optometry. This position is perfect for doctors seeking career growth and practice ownership. This is a position for Saturday Doctor.
Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive eye examinations, including visual acuity tests, refraction, and ocular health assessments.
- Diagnose and treat vision problems, eye diseases, and other ocular conditions.
- Prescribe and fit contact lenses, eyeglasses, and other visual aids.
- Provide expert advice and education to patients regarding eye care, including proper eye hygiene and preventive measures.
- Collaborate with our team of referring ophthalmologists, opticians, and support staff to provide integrated eye care services.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in optometry and incorporate them into practice.
- Maintain accurate patient records.
- Uphold and promote the clinic's values, mission, and brand image.
Requirements:
- Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from an accredited institution.
- Valid optometry NYS license
- Excellent clinical skills and knowledge of optometry practices.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Commitment to providing outstanding patient care and customer service.

Compensation: $100.00 - $125.00 per hour
