Position Overview:
We are currently seeking RNs to join our team in a Residential Group Home, located in the scenic Boulder/Longmont Area. As an RN, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the health, safety, and well-being of our residents. Earn up to $46 per hour
Job Type: Full-time and Part-time positions available
Shifts: Day, Evening and Nights available
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct nursing care to residents, including medication administration, wound care, and health assessments
- Monitor residents' health status and respond promptly to any changes or emergencies
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans
- Educate residents and their families on health management and self-care techniques
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records and documentation
Qualifications:
- Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Colorado or Compact License
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Prior experience in a residential group home or similar setting preferred, but not required
