- Management of supplies + inventory
- Vehicle fleet maintenance program
- Assessing and repairing small equipment such as fans and dehumidifiers and power tools
- Maintaining large shop equipment such as large content cleaning equipment
- Procuring construction materials
- Overall shop maintenance
- Keeping organized records of supplies, maintenance, orders
- Working with our outside suppliers, vendors, and auto body shops
- Communicating internally and externally scheduling needs, and overall updates
- Must be able to pass background back to age 18 and a pre-employment drug screening
- Must have an Oregon Driver's License with a clean driving record within the past 5 years
What we’re looking for - You’ll be a great fit, if you:
- Report to work on time – punctual + reliable
- Take instruction well and stay on task
- Follow company guidelines and standards
- Ability to get forklift certified
- *Mechanically inclined* 5 years’ experience working on small engines or motors, 5 years’ experience maintaining equipment
- Inventory management and documentation experience required
- Move up to 50-70 pounds often, by lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling, or otherwise repositioning objects.
- Express or exchange ideas with others and receive and act on detailed information given.
- Be exposed to various inside and outside working conditions: The change of environment such as with or without air conditioning and heating.
