We are looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Pool & Spa Sales Associate to help customers find the perfect pool and spa for their home. This role involves educating customers on product features, providing personalized recommendations, and closing sales to drive business growth. - Greet and assist customers in selecting pools, spas, and related accessories.
- Provide expert knowledge on product features, maintenance, and installation processes.
- Build strong relationships with potential and existing customers to generate repeat business and referrals.
- Follow up on leads and inquiries to convert prospects into sales.
- Maintain an organized and attractive showroom.
- Work closely with the installation and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and new product offerings.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Previous experience in sales, preferably in pool or spa products.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong ability to engage customers and build rapport.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Ability to work weekends and evenings.
- Basic knowledge of pools, spas, and water care is a plus, but training will be provided.
