Outpatient Therapist — Ellie Mental Health (Brentwood, TN)

Competitive Pay: Base hourly pay, commission splits, paid administrative time, and paid time off (PTO/sick days).

Licensure Supervision: In-house supervision support for pre-licensed clinicians working toward LCSW, LPC-MHSP, or LMFT credentials (subject to supervisor availability).

Direct Care: Formulate diagnostic evaluations, build individual treatment plans, and deliver creative interventions.

Documentation: Complete and submit accurate session notes, treatment plan updates, and clinical records per company policy.

Caseload: Maintain a minimum of 27 client visits per week for full-time status (part-time options available).

Collaboration: Coordinate care with medical providers, case managers, school personnel, family members, and internal team members.

Team Participation: Attend clinical consultation meetings, staff trainings, and practice events.

Education: Master’s or Doctoral degree in behavioral sciences or a related field from an accredited institution.

Licensure: Valid Tennessee state license (LPC-MHSP, LCSW, LMFT, PsyD, PhD) or actively on track for licensure. Insurance paneling is preferred for fully licensed clinicians.

Clinical Experience: Background in completing treatment plans and clinical case notes. Specialty experience with youth, families, trauma, or substance use is a plus.

Technical Skills: Proficient in Office 365 and EHR platforms (Valant experience preferred).

Core Strengths: Excellent communication, strong professional boundaries, familiarity with community resources, and a good sense of humor!
