Assisted Stretching is an experience everyone needs to lengthen their lifespan.
Help others move and feel better through dynamic stretching and recovery sessions.

Healthtrax is searching for bright, positive, and motivated Stretch Professionals and/or Trainers looking to develop within assisted stretching. Deliver safe and comprehensive programs and sessions to achieve your client's goals and meet with new clients to assess what their needs are.

Responsibilities:

Provide assisted stretch and flexibility sessions to help members feel and move better.
Provide a positive member experience that is supportive and rewarding.
Develops comprehensive programs that drive client goal achievements and retention.
Lead clients through self-assisted, assisted stretch sessions, including PNF stretching if applicable.
Conducts stretch demos for new clients including assessment, medical history, and goal setting.
Provides assistance to all members to ensure safety, education and motivation.
Promote and sell stretch and flex sessions and personal training sessions.
Completes all administrative requirements associated with the client's fitness plan.

A bit about your work life:

· Work closely with the Fitness Director to develop both personally and professionally.

· Conduct fitness assessments with clients and evaluate their goals and results.

· Create personalized exercise programs for clients that include obtainable progression.

· Manage client files, schedules, reminders, and document exercise progress in Club Ready software.

Your valid, current PT certifications, with nationally recognized elite: NSCA, ACSM, NASM, ACE and CPR/AED, must be maintained
Bachelor's Degree in related field of study, preferred
Tactful, inspirational verbal and written communications, time management and follow-up skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office. (Club Ready software, preferred)
Proven track record obtaining and retaining clientele; 3 or more years’ experience as a CPT

Compensation: $25.00 - $51.00 per hour
