Since joining State Farm in 1998, I’ve loved being able to use my experience to help individuals, families, and business owners protect what they love most. Our office is pet friendly and involved in the community. Some of my involvement includes The Woodlands Chamber of Commerce and the Montgomery County Food Bank.

If I’m not working or volunteering, you’ll usually find me trying out new recipes in the kitchen, kayaking, jogging, or spending time with my husband and two daughters.

ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Renee Langdon - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
  • Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
  • Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $40,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
