Description

We are currently seeking a CAD Drafter to join our team. As a CAD Drafter, you will be responsible for creating and modifying detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design software. You will work closely with engineers and architects to ensure accurate and precise drawings are produced.

Responsibilities

Create detailed technical drawings and plans based on given specifications and requirements.
Modify existing drawings and plans as requested by engineers and architects.
Ensure accuracy and precision in all drawings, adhering to industry standards and regulations.
Collaborate with engineers and architects to understand project requirements and provide technical support.
Conduct site visits to gather necessary data and measurements for drawings.
Review and check drawings for errors and inconsistencies.
Maintain and update drawing files and databases.

Requirements

2+ years of AutoCAD drafting experience preferred
Familiarity with glazing systems: aluminum storefront, curtain wall, windows, and various other systems, and the processes to fabricate and install.
Can read (and understand) architectural drawings, structural drawings, & project specifications
Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
Ability to interpret technical specifications and requirements.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Compensation: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year

Payroll and billing operations move to the Bedford office. Growth and change create new business partners and new relationships; both internal and external.

2016

A banner year for finding great team members! Dennis joins the Technical / Engineering group, assisting in the growth of the business. Kassey joins the Administrative team offering expertise in the Administrative and Human Resources job market.

2020

Ashlee joins the organization to head up administrative operations in charge of payroll and billing.
