Nursing Supervisor Responsibilities:

Supervise assigned nursing staff to ensure the highest standards of quality and patient comfort are met, and perform patient rounds as needed
Provide optimal care plans, medication reconciliation, patient transfers, patient assessments, and health and personal care
Manage staff hiring and scheduling, including orientation, performance reviews, and performance feedback
Partner with physicians, supervisors, and managers to develop and implement policies and procedures, and successfully resolve nursing issues

Compensation: $52.00 - $56.00 per hour
