Responsibilities:

Respond promptly to emergency restoration calls for fire, water, and mold damage.
Conduct thorough assessments and inspections of damaged properties.
Develop and implement restoration plans, including mitigation and remediation strategies.
Perform restoration tasks such as water extraction, drying, cleaning, and sanitization.
Coordinate with other team members, subcontractors, and insurance adjusters to ensure efficient restoration processes.
Maintain accurate documentation and reports throughout the restoration project.

Requirements:

Previous experience in restoration services is preferred but not required.
Knowledge of fire, water, and mold restoration techniques and equipment.
Ability to work in physically demanding environments and lift heavy objects.
Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
