Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join the team as a Full-Time Night Renal / Neuro RN for night shifts. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work in a dynamic healthcare environment where you will provide specialized care to patients with renal and neurological conditions.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to patients with renal and neurological conditions.
- Monitor and assess patient conditions, implementing appropriate nursing interventions.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about their conditions and treatment plans.
- Maintain accurate medical records and documentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred.
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of Kansas.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in renal or neurological nursing.
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- BLS and ACLS certification required.
