Job Summary:
As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you’ll be the face of our brand, assisting customers with their shopping needs while ensuring a top-notch store experience. From working the register to stocking shelves, managing inventory, and keeping our store looking fantastic, you’ll play a key role in keeping the excitement alive for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet each customer with a big smile and a burst of enthusiasm, making them feel welcome.
- Assist customers with finding products, offering recommendations, and sharing expert product knowledge.
- Work at the register, accurately handling transactions, payments, and receipts.
- Take initiative in stocking shelves, processing inventory, and maintaining a clean, organized store.
- Follow all safety and loss prevention procedures to ensure a secure shopping environment.
- Participate in product promotions and company-driven sales initiatives to drive revenue.
- Stay up to date on products to confidently help customers make the best selections.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- Strong communication skills – you love chatting with customers and making their day better!
- Ability to work a cash register quickly and accurately.
- A team player who thrives in a fun, fast-paced retail environment.
- Flexibility to work a varied schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Understanding of sales techniques and customer service best practices.
