RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Establish new customer relationships and provide insurance products as needed.
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service. Communications will include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions and billing clarification.
- Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
- Use exemplary communication to efficiently meet the needs of customers while promoting the growth and development of our business.
- Achieve mutually agreed upon sales goals.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- Relationship building skills
- Property and Casualty License 2-20 or Customer Service license 4-40 required
- Able to obtain a Life/Health License
- Interested in marketing products and services based on customer needs

Compensation: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
