Job Summary:
We are looking for a Cleaner to take care of our vacation homes and carry out cleaning duties. The goal is to keep our homes in a clean and orderly condition.

Responsibilities
- Clean, stock and supply designated homes areas (dusting, sweeping, vacuuming, mopping, cleaning ceiling vents, restroom cleaning etc)
- Perform and document routine inspection and maintenance activities
- Notify management of occurring deficiencies or needs for repairs
- Stock and maintain supply rooms
- Cooperate with the rest of the staff
- Follow all health and safety regulations
- Effectively use provided equipment -- including vacuums and cleaning solutions -- to clean customer homes
- Clean all surfaces in the home, including fans, blinds, light fixtures, baseboards, fixtures, counters, showers, toilets, cabinets, and floor
- Vacuum all stairs, carpet, hard surface floors, and furniture
- Move all reasonably moveable furniture to clean under and behind
- Carry all cleaning products and equipment to and from office, vehicle, and customers’ homes
- Assist in keeping supplies stocked and maintaining equipment
- Contribute to a positive work climate with a pleasant attitude and contribute to the overall team effort including being dependable, and on time
Qualifications:
- Previous housekeeping / hotel experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to commute between job sites
- Ability to read and follow cleaning instructions
- Ability to differentiate between cleaning products and uses
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to lift and carry up to 30 lbs as necessary Ability to carry, stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift up 15 to 35 lbs.
- Ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, mold, dust, mildew, and cleaning solutions
Job Type: Full-time, Part-time
Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

We have experienced steady growth since our beginning, primarily due to referrals from our satisfied clients. During the past several years, we have developed new strategies to utilize evolving technology in green cleaning products and methods and new insight, particularly a keen awareness of the strong correlation between a clean house and a peaceful state of mind.
