- Answers telephone, takes inquiries or messages using good telephone technique.
- Schedules clients/facilities with appropriate associates, making all follow through calls necessary to produce an effective, smooth flowing schedule.
- Assists with recruiting, associate hiring, orientations, in-services, disciplinary actions, etc.
- Assists with checking associate work references.
- Performs payroll duties including verifying time sheets, and computer input of time sheet changes for payroll processing.
- Communicates continually with associates and clients to evaluate service.
- Responds promptly and courteously to all clients’ calls.
- Serves as a liaison between associates and Direct of Home Care.
- Verifies valid licenses and certifications with appropriate licensing body.
- Performs on-call coordinator duties as needed.
- Assists with sales, marketing, and public relations efforts.
- Other general office and clerical functions.
- Other duties assigned by the Director of Home Care.
