Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Position: Licensed Practice Nurse (LPN)
Shift Timings: 3:00 PM to 11:30 PM
Location: Parsippany, NJ

Position Highlights:

Provide exceptional care to patients by administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and assisting with daily living activities
Demonstrate proficiency in performing various medical procedures, such as wound care, injections, and catheterization, adhering to established protocols and standards of practice.
Collaborate closely with interdisciplinary healthcare teams, including physicians, registered nurses, and allied health professionals, to develop and implement comprehensive care plans tailored to individual patient needs.
Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and quality standards.
Pursue ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance clinical competencies and stay abreast of emerging trends and best practices in nursing.

Qualifications:

Current LPN licensure in NJ.
Previous experience in rehabilitation or long-term care settings preferred.
Ability to prioritize and multitask effectively.
Knowledge of regulatory requirements and best practices in rehab nursing

Compensation: $37.00 - $42.00 per hour
