Chick-fil-A on Garners Ferry is looking for a dedicated Dining Room Host to be the welcoming face of our restaurant and ensure every guest feels like part of our Chick-fil-A family.
Position: Dining Room Host
Location: Chick-fil-A on Garners Ferry
Hours: Full-time, Part-time, Flexible scheduling available
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet guests with a warm smile and friendly demeanor as they enter the restaurant
- Manage the cleanliness of the restrooms
- Assist guests with any needs they might have, also touching in with guests
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including clearing and resetting tables
- Collaborate with team members to provide exceptional guest service
- Uphold Chick-fil-A's high standards of food quality and customer satisfaction
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills and a passion for customer service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively
- Positive attitude and willingness to go above and beyond for guests
- Team player mentality and a desire to contribute to a positive work culture
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is a plus but not required
