Key Responsibilities:

As a Sales Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Leadership & Team Development: Inspire, motivate, and mentor a dynamic sales team to exceed sales targets. Foster a collaborative and high-performance environment.

  • Strategic Sales Planning: Develop and implement effective sales strategies that align with the company’s goals and adapt to evolving market conditions.

  • Performance Analysis: Analyze sales data, market trends, and performance metrics to make informed decisions that drive improvements and achieve results.

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their needs are met and driving customer satisfaction.

  • Problem Solving & Issue Resolution: Quickly identify and resolve challenges, whether internal or client-related, ensuring minimal disruption to sales operations.

  • Time & Resource Management: Efficiently manage your time and resources to meet deadlines and achieve sales goals.

  • Adaptability: Adjust strategies and approaches as necessary in response to changing market conditions and customer demands.

  • Negotiation & Deal Closing: Lead contract negotiations and manage high-stakes deals to maximize profitability while maintaining strong client relationships.

  • Team Coaching & Development: Provide ongoing coaching and training to your team, empowering them to continuously improve their skills and achieve professional growth.

  • Results-Oriented Execution: Maintain a strong focus on achieving and surpassing sales targets, contributing directly to the company’s growth and success.
Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role in the insurance industry

  • Strong track record of achieving sales targets and driving team success.

  • Experience with CRM software and sales tools 

  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.

  • Strong negotiation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution skills.

  • Ability to analyze and interpret sales data to drive informed decisions.

Compensation: $70,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
