Key Responsibilities
As a Commercial HVAC Estimator/Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in our projects from start to finish. Your responsibilities include:

Project Management: Develop and track project schedules, manage deadlines, subcontractors, change orders, permits, and bonds.

Estimation and Sales: Accurately estimate commercial projects from blueprints to inception. Engage in business development, including cold calling, referrals, and maintaining customer relationships to drive service agreements, quoted repairs, and project sales.

Cost Control: Establish project cost controls for tracking equipment, materials, labor, tools, subcontracts, and miscellaneous costs.

Site Inspection and Compliance: Inspect job sites regularly to ensure contract compliance, workmanship, and safety.

Customer Communication: Effectively communicate with customers, vendors, and other team members. Maintain sales records and customer information.

Warranty Management: Follow up on any required warranty work to ensure customer satisfaction.
