LEASING SUPERVISOR
Long established and successful Real Estate/Property Management company headquartered in Great Neck, NY, seeks skilled Leasing Manager to oversee all leasing operations in a high volume, fast paced setting.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Long established and successful Real Estate/Property Management company headquartered in Great Neck, NY, seeks skilled Leasing Manager to oversee all leasing operations in a high volume, fast paced setting.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Interact with applicants/prospective tenants, existing tenants, brokers, Superintendents, Property Managers, and other internal customers regularly
- Respond to all leasing inquiries by phone and email
- Calculate rental information on leases and check for accuracy
- Visit available apartments and retail spaces in assigned buildings
- Assist with leasing department mailings
- Supervise/direct 4-5 leasing assistants
- Heavy file maintenance
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must know residential leases
- Working knowledge of DHCR and Rent Stabilization Regulations for NYC and pertinent regulations with government agencies
- Able to multitask and prioritize and work in fast paced, deadline oriented environment
- Strong communication skills
REQUIREMENTS
- College degree highly valued
- 8+ years consistent leasing experience in property management
- Supervisory experience
Compensation: $70,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
