Job Summary
We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist (LCSW-C, LCPC, LGPC) to join our team! In this role, you would teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. Responsibilities
- Perform intake assessments
- Provide mental health therapy for individuals, couples, families, and children
- Create individualized treatment plans for each client
- Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan
- Perform regular wellness checks
- Adhere to all facility and licensing standards
Qualifications
- Active and valid Maryland licensure as Licensed Social Worker - LCSW-C,or LCPC required.
- Graduate of an approved master’s degree program in social work, counseling psychology or other related mental health field.
- Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Highly organized

Compensation: $40.00 per hour
