Location: In-person, Denver Metro Area
Responsibilities
- Provide personal care services, including assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene.
- Support clients with meal preparation and nutritional needs.
- Assist individuals with mobility and physical activities, ensuring safety while lifting or transferring as needed.
- Implement care plans that respect resident rights and promote dignity.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance the well-being of clients.
- Adhere to HIPAA regulations to maintain confidentiality of patient information.
- Engage with clients diagnosed with autism or other disabilities, providing tailored support as necessary.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care delivery.
- Dementia caregiving experience required.
Qualifications
- Core skills in caregiving such as patient care and assistance with activities of daily living (ADLs)
- Premium skills including first aid certification, experience in assisted living facilities, and the ability to create and implement care plans
- Relevant skills in long-term care and social work to provide comprehensive support to residents
- Experience in dementia care, management, and upholding residents' rights in a compassionate and respectful manner
