ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Office Manager - State Farm Agent Team Member with Stephanie Wilmsmeyer - State Farm Agent, you equip our agency to continually achieve its goals. You empower our agency by implementing and supporting office policies and consistently ensuring the execution of advantageous customer experiences. By alongside other team members, you create smooth operations to actualize the opportunities offered to people by insurance products and financial services.

As an organized and detail-oriented professional, your skillset promotes the basis for people in our community to have something they need. Stephanie Wilmsmeyer - State Farm Agent is eager to bring aboard your collaborative presence.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Serve as the Executive Assistant to the agent, providing administrative support such as scheduling appointments, managing calendars, and preparing documents, as well running errands as needed. 
  • Oversee office operations, including managing office supplies, equipment, and facilities to ensure a well-maintained and efficient work environment. 
  • Greet clients and visitors with a warm and friendly demeanor, answering phone calls, and directing inquiries to the appropriate person.
  • Assist with special projects and events as needed to support the agency's growth and success. 
  • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Experience in customer service required
  • Proactive in problem-solving
  • Able to work in a team environment
  • Experience in Windows computer applications
  • Able to coordinate and collaborate with others to achieve agency goals.
  • Able to succeed in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to obtain Property and Casualty License in the future

Compensation: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
