ROLE DESCRIPTION: 
Must be personable, organized, and great at following up. 
Our Customer Service Representatives take care of our existing customers by handling their policy and billing changes, information requests, and claims.  
If you are good at multi-tasking and are a self-starter, you have what it takes to get started.  Insurance experience not required but you must become licensed in Property & Casualty Insurance before beginning work-we show you how!

RESPONSIBILITIES: 
  • Establish Customer Relationships
  • Providing Prompt, Accurate, and Friendly Service
  • Pay close attention to customer inquiries to address their specific needs.
  • Stay updated on insurance products and policies to provide accurate information quickly.
  • Educate Customers About Insurance Options by using simple language to explain insurance terms and options.
  •  Maintain a positive and professional tone in all communications, whether in person, over the phone, or via email, or text.
  • Use provided tools to track customer interactions and follow-ups.
  • Work closely with team members to ensure a seamless customer experience and share insights that can help improve service.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Dedicated to Customer Service
  • Able to Build Rapport by using friendly conversation starters and active listening.  
  • Ability to tailor your communication style to match the customer’s preferences, whether they prefer formal or casual interactions.
  • Excellent Communication Skills
  • Can Speak clearly and avoid jargon. Ensure that customers understand the information being provided.
  • Proactive Problem-Solving skills
  • Can stay ahead by understanding common customer concerns and addressing them before they escalate
  • Ability to use available tools and resources to find solutions quickly. If a problem arises, approach it with a positive attitude and a focus on resolution.
  • Dedicated to updating your knowledge of products and policies to provide accurate answers and anticipate customer needs effectively.

Compensation: $45,760.00 - $50,000.00 per year
