Finance Analyst

Full Time • Hybrid - US
Public Service Company needs a Finance Analyst!

Responsibilities:
  • Preparing financial reports, analysis, projections, and budgets.
  • Performing account reconciliations and maintaining the general ledger.
  • Recommending ways to reduce costs and enhance revenue.
  • Preparing tax returns and documentation for external auditors.
  • Coordinating and assisting with audit preparations.
  • Delegating financial responsibilities to the accounting team.
Qualifications:
  • Municipal accounting is HIGHLY preferred 
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field. 
  • Two (2) years of experience in finance, accounting, or bookkeeping. 
    OR
  • Any combination of relevant education and experience which would demonstrate the individual’s knowledge, skill, and ability to perform the essential duties and responsibilities listed.

Compensation: $34.00 - $43.00 per hour
