About the Role:
- Assist the Director in overseeing all aspects of the center's operations, including program management, staff supervision, customer service, and facility maintenance.
- Lead and mentor a team of instructors, providing ongoing training, feedback, and support to ensure high-quality program delivery.
- Collaborate with the management team to develop and implement strategic initiatives that drive business growth and enhance the My Gym experience.
- Manage the scheduling of staff and classes, ensuring optimal coverage and utilization of resources.
- Conduct regular staff meetings and training sessions to promote teamwork, communication, and professional development.
- Serve as a point of contact for parents, addressing any concerns or inquiries with empathy and professionalism.
- Assist in marketing and promotional activities to attract new customers and retain existing ones.
- Maintain a safe and clean environment for children and staff, adhering to health and safety guidelines and protocols.
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role, preferably in a children's fitness or educational setting.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team towards common goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with staff, parents, and children.
- Passion for working with children and a commitment to their holistic development.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Flexibility to work weekdays and weekends as needed, with a commitment to at least one year of employment.
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
