Amundson's Home Appliance Center is looking for Office Personnel to join our team! You will be responsible for assisting with Manufacturer's Warranties, filing, and other needed tasks. You are detail-oriented and take pride in being highly organized. With a knack for building processes and communicating effectively, you play a key role in helping our team stay efficient so we can serve our customers!

Responsibilities:

Respond to customer inquiries timely and professionally as related to appliance warranties.
Be the liaison between the customer and the manufacturer, handling the necessary paperwork for Manufacturer's Warranties.
Perform general office duties, including drafting communication, filing, making phone calls as related to warranty work.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail, solid organization, and time management capabilities
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills
Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple priorities
General computer proficiency
