We are seeking a dedicated Child Care Director for our Primrose school located at 11130 jones bridge rd. Johns Creek, GA 30022. Your role will focus on growing enrollment, ensuring safety and cleanliness, promoting a positive work culture, and driving the expansion of additional schools.
Responsibilities:
• Enrollment & Expansion: Grow and maintain current enrollment
• Safety & Cleanliness: Maintain high standards of safety (Perfect state compliance, Primrose compliance) and cleanliness.
• Work Culture: Promote a positive environment, hire, develop and retain quality staff.
• Family Engagement: Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and ensure parent retention and satisfaction remains high.
• Financial Sustainability: Ensure school occupancy stays above 90% and costs are kept within Primrose standards
Key Metrics:
• Maintain over 90% occupancy
• Maintain perfect Safety, State and Primrose Compliance

Qualifications:
• 3+ years of managing a school with over 150 children.
• Proven track record of maintaining above 90% occupancy with a waitlist.
• Bachelor's or Graduate Degree in Early Childhood Education (preferred).
• State Certification as director.(required)
• At least 2 years of experience as a group teacher for children under six.
• Previous leadership experience in early education.
• Strong business management and financial skills.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Knowledge of safety standards and health practices in childcare.
• Passionate about child development and education.
