Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team! As the Restaurant Manager, you will be responsible for the restaurant’s operational performance and financial well-being. You will hire, train, and lead staff, ensuring they reflect the restaurant’s high standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader with experience managing a successful restaurant. 
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Lead team in providing exceptional customer service
- Adhere to all health and safety rules and regulations
- Provide sales and productivity reports to upper management
- Develop and coordinate marketing efforts and community events
 Qualifications: 
- Previous restaurant management experience
- Ability to remain calm and thrive under pressure
- Excellent management and leadership skills
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
          Compensation: $10.00 - $14.00 per hour
        
      
        
       The Bird is owned by Ben, Tyler and Clint Maddox of Layton, Utah. Great food is in our blood! We grew up working with our parents at C&B Famous Chicken in Layton, Utah which is where our concept for The Bird originated.
When we opened The Bird, our focus was simplicity. We built a menu focused on family-friendly comfort foods that are fresh, delicious, and affordable. Foods don't have to be complicated to be delicious. They just have to be done right.
We started with gourmet chicken tenders and bites, real mashed potatoes, creamy mac n’ cheese, coleslaw, veggies, and fresh-baked cornpones with raspberry butter. The perfect combinations to please every pallet!
