Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member

ROLE DESCRIPTION: 
 
We are a local insurance agency service the Chinese and American community over 15 years, and we represent one of the Fortune 500 companies in the country. We are looking for a motivated and energetic individual to join our team to expand and market our book of business.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Establish client relationships and follow up with client, as needed. 
  • Market and provides quality service to our customers. 
  • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day. 

QUALIFICATIONS: 
  • Fluent in Mandarin and English
  • Able to effectively relate to a customer, answer their questions, and anticipate their needs.
  • Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members 
I started as an office receptionist and became an entrepreneurial.  This is a great opportunity to explore the insurance industry. We provided one to one training, and you will able to learn from in and out of the business.  

Compensation: $42,000.00 - $55,000.00 per year
