ROLE DESCRIPTION:

As a Staff Assistant - State Farm Agent Team Member with Emond Richardson - State Farm Agent, you will be working closely with our commercial customers on certificates of insurance and endorsement requests. This role's main focus is processing an average 30-40 certificate of insurance requests daily and considerably more during renewals. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you an ideal fit.

Must have Property & Casualty License
Must have prior State Farm experience

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Process certificates of insurance requests.
Manage endorsement requests
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Must have Property & Casualty License
Must have prior State Farm experience
Dedicated to customer service
Excellent communication skills to assist customers and coordinate with other agency team members

This is a remote position.

Compensation: $40,000.00 - $45,000.00 per year
