I opened my agency in December 2016, proudly carrying on a long family legacy—I'm a third-generation State Farm agent, with nearly 80 years of State Farm history in our family between my father’s 40-year career and my grandfather’s 30-plus years of service. After graduating from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln, I built this office around the small-business values that make State Farm special: offering great prices while still giving customers the personal connection of having an agent who truly cares.

As a Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member with Kyle Iske - State Farm Agent, you will generate the kind of exceptional customer experiences that reinforce the growth of a successful insurance agency. Your attention to detail, customer service skills, and desire to help people make you a fit. You will enhance your career while resolving customer inquiries, coordinating with other agency team members, and anticipating the needs of the community members you support.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Answer customer inquiries and provide policy information.
- Assist customers with policy changes and updates.
- Process insurance claims and follow up with customers.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
Compensation: $45,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
