- Supervising and guiding crew members to ensure they have the necessary safety materials, training, and tools for their tasks.
- Conducting daily pre-trip inspection reports to guarantee the safety and functionality of equipment and vehicles.
- Acting as a point of contact between branch management, customers, and employees, facilitating smooth communication and addressing any concerns promptly.
- Demonstrating proficiency in operating landscaping tools and heavy equipment as needed.
- Safely driving crews to and from job sites, adhering to company safety policies, and ensuring the safety of the public during crew interactions.

Compensation: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
