Job Summary:
As a Seasonal Warehouse Associate, you’ll play a vital role in our operations, ensuring our inventory is properly received, stored, and shipped out with precision. You’ll be the backbone of the action, making sure our products move smoothly and safely while keeping our warehouse organized and efficient.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the flow of inventory – receive shipments in an organized and efficient manner.
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipping with accuracy and speed.
- Ensure every order is spot-on to maintain high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Inspect incoming shipments for any damages, defects, or errors – quality control is key!
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment while adhering to all safety protocols.
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, hand trucks) with care and efficiency.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma/GED preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is a plus but not required – we’ll train the right person!
- Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment
- Comfortable with physical work – standing for long periods, lifting, and moving inventory.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently with limited supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills to keep things running smoothly.
