What you’ll do:
- Service the current client base with professionalism and kindness
- Follows New Day Insurance Agency inbound/outbound processes
- Cross-sell additional lines when there is an opportunity and as assigned
- Conduct policy reviews, make recommendation and find cross sell opportunities
- Proactive outreach to existing clients for payment reminders, claim assistance and onboarding new customers
- Collaborate closely with our team to ensure smooth operations
- Maintains knowledge of new products
- Creates referrals from existing customers and Center of Influence network (friends, realtors etc.)
- Always portrays a professional image through proper appearance and actions
- Maintain reliable and consistent attendance
- Possess positive attitude and willing to learn/improve
What you’d need to apply:
- Personal Lines or Property & Casualty license
- Minimum of 1 year customer service experience
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to connect with customers effectively
- Effective communication skills in speaking, writing, and listening
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and adaptability to new systems
What we’d prefer you have, but not required:
- 2+ years of Sales and/or Insurance experience
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Drive to progress in your career.
- Eagerness to learn and grow.
